1. Return Policy

Customers may return products within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and invoice.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

Underwear.

Discounted or promotional items.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

2. Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

The customer bears the shipping fees for exchange (unless the error is from the store or the item has a manufacturing defect).

If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

3. Important Notes

If the order contains an error (wrong item or defective product), the store will cover all shipping and return costs.

Customers must contact customer service via email or phone before shipping back items for return or exchange.

Requests submitted after the specified period (7 days) will not be accepted.
